We’re very excited to have launched our first published title A Manager’s Guide to Industrial Action. Industrial disputes have been few and far between over the last twenty to thirty years and the days of regular industrial strife have largely been left behind us. That may be about to change
The film and training resource has been produced and written by Pukka Films and is now available to buy from here. Aimed at line managers and HR managers who are having to manage a strike at their place of work, the film combines a generic training drama with interviews with HR experts and consultants.
The resource has been delivered on DVD as well as via an Online training portal.
The film exists as both a generic training resource, as well as being customisable by clients through filming and editing in their own HR directors and Internal Communications experts.
