The Heart of the Matter was our first major production for ENEL, an Italian client who commissioned us to produce a health and safety film for their top management. The Heart of the Matter is a 22 minute film designed to change the safety culture of a major industrial organisation from the top down. The film is delivered as part of a two-day training course split into three modules.
The film has recently been endorsed by the ENEL CEO and has been rolled out globally as part of senior management safety training.
The film is the result of a deep collaboration with the External Relations and Health and Safety Holding Departments of Enel.
Global management development expert, David Trickey, who advised on the project, from TCO International comments:
‘Pukka Films understand how to use film to change behaviour and they have the international experience to work on a complex project of this size. They really know how to deliver a product that is perfectly aligned with development goals and can get inside the technical and organisational culture of the client incredibly quickly to produce a realistic drama which everyone can associates with – instantly bringing issues to life.
Their input at the learning design stage, through to their scriptwriting and production excellence means that Enel now have a highly impactful resource as part of a global programme for all their management to help build a common safety culture worldwide.’
