The Brief
Merlin wanted a short film to explain how their annual employee reviews worked and what employees needed to do over the next 12 months.
The film needed to work across all their employees globally.
Our Approach
We produced a short film, using animated lego figures, that captured the organisation’s expectations and laid out what employees should focus on going forwards.
