Video Arts commissioned us to produce a suite of films for B2B training use around all things talent management for organisations: talent attraction, selection, onboarding, personal development, talent retention, and offboarding. At a time when the competition for talent is increasingly fierce, managing talent has never been more important for companies and managers.

Our Approach
These bitesized, snappy and characterful films follow an overarching narrative across the series, which break down into episodic short comedies covering different topics. Follow Karin, Andy and team as the ‘bad boss’ makes multiple talent management mistakes, much to the chagrin of her colleagues, which urgently need correcting!
