The Brief
Our client wanted to introduce the importance of Human Performance principles to their safety culture in an engaging film.
The film is used as part of workshop based training to introduce Human Performance to the workforce; from management, to supervisors and the wider workforce.
Our Approach
The film adopted the same approach we have applied across a series of films we have made for this client over the past 15 years. Building on real life examples of incidents we weave the learning through emotionally engaging and high impact storytelling. This film is inspired by a true event which took a confined space incident on site and explored it through the lens of Human Performance.
