Dramatised customer service training films for Cunard

Cunard came to Pukka needing to develop a new customer service training resource for its thousands of staff working on their cruise lines.
“When things don’t go according to plan, it’s not just how you react… It’s how you recover.”
We produced a series of modular films to promote Cunard’s brand values for customer service – with a twist! The films are set on the luxury island of Imperia, and allegorically depict the islanders as they look after visiting tourists, looking to give them the best experience possible. Three 20 minute films were made successively across three years.
The films were shot on location in Malta with a combination of London and local crew. The films have been very successful and viewed by international target audience groups across the organisation; from management through to hospitality staff. The branding team at Cunard have subsequently developed print and other training materials centred around the charming and charismatic cast of characters we created.
